Allen Rocky Lane

Allen Rocky Lane, 56, of Trappe passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at his home. He was born in Cambridge on November 21, 1962 and was a son of the late Gilbert H. and Susan White Lane.

Allen attended schools in Cambridge. On June 21, 1997, he married the former Melanie Burton. He worked at D.S. Smith in Cambridge until his health started to fail. Allen enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed fishing, camping and watching television. Allen was past member of the Cambridge Moose Lodge.

He is survived by his wife Melanie Lane of Trappe, four daughters Christina Lane of Trappe, Brittany Shay of Cambridge, Ashley Robbins of Trappe and Susan Lane of Cambridge, ten grandchildren, a sister Wanda Weaver of Denton and a brother John E. Lane, Sr. and wife Carol of Church Creek and several nieces and nephews.

Per Allen’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
