Barbara Geoghegan Marshall

Barbara Geoghegan Marshall, 77, of Cambridge passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024 at her home. She was born on May 26, 1947 in Pocomoke, MD and was the only child of the late Dorothy Tracy Geoghegan and Claude Geoghegan.

She attended schools in Dorchester County and graduated from Cambridge High School class of 1965. After graduation she enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. She was assigned to the Base Housing Administration at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama. After her tour there she was discharged from the Air Force and returned to Cambridge where she began working at the Maryland National Bank office on High Street in Cambridge. In 1989 she worked for a short period of time at The North American Phillips Credit Union subsequently leaving and going to work for the Dorchester Developmental Unit. She went on to work for the Insurance Services Group until her retirement.

 She is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
