Barbara E. Marshall

Barbara E. Marshall, 74, of Easton passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Chesapeake Woods. She was born on March 16, 1939 in Toddville to the late Joseph and Edna Jones Robinson.
Mrs. Marshall graduated from South Dorchester High School. She also graduated from Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. She started her career at Sinai Hospital and later worked for Taylor Manor in Elliott City. She married Robert D. Marshall on September 19, 1963. Mrs. Marshall was an avid reader. She was a member of the Lions Club in Catonsville, the American Legion Post #91 Auxiliary and the Nurses Alumni.
She is survived by her husband Robert D. Marshall of Easton, a sister Rachel Robinson of Easton, two nieces Teri Phillips and Denise Cox, a nephew Gregory Cox and her beloved dog Luci. Besides her parents, Mrs. Marshall is preceded in death by a son Kenneth Wade Marshall and a sister JoAnne Insley.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 24, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. with Rev. David Douglas officiating. Interment will be private. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
