Beulah Frances Koski

Beulah Frances Koski, 80, of Cambridge passed away on Sunday evening, July 6, 2014 at Mallard Bay Care Center with her loving family beside her. She was born on September 26, 1933 in Cambridge to the late Raymond F. and Ethel Harper Lowe.

Mrs. Koski graduated from Cambridge High School class of 1951. On December 17, 1951, she married Joseph Delmas Koski, who passed away on December 23, 2001. She had been employed at Rob Roy, Western Publishing, Inlet View Campground and also at Hurlock and Cambridge Senior Centers. Mrs. Koski enjoyed sewing, gardening, going to auctions, camping and also spending time in Chincoteague. She also enjoyed going to lunch with her class of 1951. Mrs. Koski was a member of the Delmarva Camping Club, attended Bucktown United Methodist Church and was a member of the American Legion Post 91 Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by two sons Robert Franklin Koski and companion Sue Fisher of Hoopers Island and Charles T. Koski and wife Colleen of Chincoteague, VA, four grandchildren Joseph K. Koski, Sr. and wife Kim, Margie Ann Showard, Tanya Lynn Darling and husband Carl and Crystal Marie Sillins and husband Aaron, several great grandchildren, brother Raymond F. Lowe, Jr. of Cambridge and sister Cecelia Bowers of Cambridge and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Koski is preceded in death by a son Delmas K. Koski.

Pallbearers will be Joe Koski, Cory Showard, Carl Darling, Gene Harper, Jimmy Travers and Robert Aaron. Honorary pallbearers will be Jackie Bowers and Michael Lowe.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Mary Ann Farnell officiating. Interment will follow at Bucktown Churchyard.
