Beulah Tyler

Beulah Tyler 97, of Cambridge, MD went Home to be with the Lord on February 15, 2025. She was born on June 22, 1927 in Dickson, Tenn. She was the daughter of the late Carl & Essie Brown. She was the wife of the late Marvin A. Tyler.

Beulah was very active until around 92 years of age, cutting her grass and keeping everything tidy around her home. She loved playing domino's till the end. When Marvin was alive, they enjoyed traveling to different states, visiting family and friends. Her family meant everything to her.

The family wants to thank Rayland Acres for their outstanding care of our mother for the past 19 months. Once she was settled in, she thought she was home, and considered everyone there a part of her of her family. She loved everyone there and they loved her. We were truly blessed to have her there.

She is survived by five children: Bishop R.C. Lawson and wife Sylvia, Gail Smith, Randy Lawson & wife Jeri, Gary Lawson and Debbie Kinnamon and husband Bob, and a daughter-in-law Phyllis Lawson, who helped with her care giving. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and one on the way. Also many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a son Bob Lawson, a great granddaughter Madison Kinnamon, and a son-in-law Harry "Smokey" Smith, six brothers and two sisters.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great grandson. Ricky Lawson, Jr., David Lawson, Joshua Lawson, Garrett Lawson, Robert Kinnamon, Jr., and Blake Marshall.

To allow out of town family to attend the funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th, 2025 at 11:00am at Thomas Funeral Home, PA in Cambridge with Bishop R.C. Lawson officiating. Interment will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
