C. Robert "Bobby" Fishpaw

C. Robert “Bobby” Fishpaw, 83, of Cambridge passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at UMSMC at Easton. He was born in West Chester, PA on November 12, 1941 and was a son of the late Charles R. and Helen Curtis Fishpaw.

Mr. Fishpaw graduated from Centreville High School class of 1960. He worked as a mechanic, in 1964 moved to Cambridge working with Tony Handley, JT North, Mike Elliott, Richard Thurman and Eric Marsh. On July 27, 1988, he married the former Nancy Milligan. Mr. Fishpaw enjoyed riding his motorcycle and tinkering with classic cars. He was a member of White Haven United Methodist Church. 

He is survived by his wife Nancy Fishpaw of Cambridge, a son Ward Fishpaw of Cambridge, stepsons Matthew Marsh, Eric Marsh and Jason Marsh, Lindsey Huang who was like a daughter to him, a granddaughter and a grandson, and a sister Harriett Hendricks of Amhurst, VA. Besides his parents, Mr. Fishpaw is preceded in death by a brother R. Charles Fishpaw and a sister Eleanor Wood.

Per his request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to White Haven United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 35, Church Creek, MD 21622, Baywater Animal Rescue, 4930 Bucktown Road, Cambridge, MD 21613 or to Mallard Bay Care Center Activity Department, 520 Glenburn Avenue, Cambridge, MD 21613. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
