David S. Ridgely, Jr., 92, of Cambridge passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 at his home. He was born in Towson on February 28, 1925 and was a son of David S. Ridgely, Sr. and Dorothy Powell Ridgely.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Ridgely, daughter Patricia Ridgely Zeh, son Stewart Ridgely, stepson Al Sadtler, stepdaughter Cindy Ayd, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 11 am at Christ Episcopal Church, 601 Church Street, Cambridge, MD 21613. Interment May 3 at Hampton National Historic Site Graveyard at 12:00. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. John’s Chapel, 1213 Hudson Road, Cambridge, MD 21613. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
