Dolores C. (Legutko) Hollingsworth

Dolores Christine Hollingsworth, 83, of East New Market passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born in Pottsville, PA on October 12, 1934 and was the daughter of the late John Legutko and Anne Vigoda Legutko.

She attended Pottsville Catholic School.  She retired from Airpax and worked at Pizza Hut in Easton for 14 years.  She also volunteered at numerous retirement homes.  On December 23, 1978, she married the late John E. Hollingsworth.  She enjoyed bargain hunting and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her son Robert G. Kear, Jr. and his wife Dianna of Hurlock, two daughters Christine Maggio of Cambridge and Linda Kear of Easton, 11 grandchildren, 13, great grandchildren, and  2 sisters Carolyn Heinbach of Pittsburgh and Barbara Umprey of The Villages of FL.  Mrs. Hollingsworth is preceded in death by her husband John E. Hollingsworth, a daughter Deborah M. Palmer, and a granddaughter Tara Leigh Kear.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 2 pm at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Father Bruce Byrolly officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Baywater Animal Rescue, 4930 Bucktown Rd, Cambridge MD 21613.
