A Dolores N. Robbins, 50, of Trappe passed away on Monday, April 5, 2010 at Mallard Bay Care Center. She was born in Rota, Spain on September 4, 1959 and was a daughter of Donald L. and Connie Bejarano Nickerson.

Dolores graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School class 1977. She worked at Western Publishing Company and later at David Wheeler in Easton. On March 20, 1982 she married Woody Robbins. She enjoyed playing bingo and going to the slots.

She is survived by her husband Woody Robbins of Trappe; two children Donald James Robbins of Las Vegas, Nevada and Corbett L. Robbins of Trappe; her parents Donald L. and Connie B. Nickerson of Cambridge; a sister Anna Willey and husband Mike of Cambridge; an aunt Janice Pritchett of Salisbury; two nieces and two nephews; mother in law Nancy Robbins of Robbins, a sister in law Cindy Jones and a brother in law Paul Jones of East New Market and special friends Jeff and Valerie Robbins and Tom and Debbie Brannock. She is preceded in death by a daughter Sophia A. Robbins.

A Pallbearers will be Jeff Robbins, Scott Jones, Michael Willey, Jr., Steve Gowe, Kevin Smith and Scott McGlaughlin.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at noon at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. A. Delmer Willey, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery near Hurlock. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday.
