Doris Elizabeth Moore, 90 of Easton, formerly of Cambridge, passed away at the William Hill Manor in Easton on Saturday, February 20, 2010. She was born in Annapolis on February 12, 1920 and was the daughter of the late Frank and Helen Smith Kramer. She attended school in Annapolis, and graduated from Annapolis High School. For 38 years she worked as a hostess at Phillips Crab House in Ocean City. She retired in 2001. Mrs. Moore was a member of Zion United Methodist Church in Cambridge, as well as the Cambridge Yacht Club. She resided at the William Hill Manor in Easton for the past eight years. Survivors include a son Lee Moore and his wife Deanna Whited of Titusville, Florida, two granddaughters Amy Schossler and her husband Frank Schossler of Hilliard, Ohio and Laura Hendricks and her husband Jimmie Hendricks of Healy, Alaska, two great grandchildren A.J. Schossler and Emma Schossler both of Hilliard, Ohio and three nephews Frank Kramer, Steven Kramer and Richard Kramer. Mrs. Moore requested there be no public ceremony. Her immediate family will celebrate her life in their own private way. Final arrangements are being handled by the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge. Donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society and mailed to Mr. Christopher Boyle, Cruisers Relay for Life Team, 19 Sombrero Blvd, Slip 16, Marathon FL 33050.
