Dorothy Louise Hobbs

Dorothy Louise Hobbs, 63, of Hurlock, passed away on June 21, 2019 at Mallard Bay Care Center.  She was born in Cambridge on April 26, 1956 to Sarah Hobbs and the late Jimmy Hobbs, Jr.

Dorothy served as a Parole Officer in Baltimore.  She enjoyed photography and poetry.  She also loved the outdoors and going to the beach.

Dorothy is survived by her mother Sarah Hobbs, her sons Rami Hobbs and Marwin Hobbs, her siblings Frances Taylor, Jimmy Hobbs, Jr., Frankie Hobbs, and Charles Hobbs, 5 grandchildren Madisyn Hobbs, Camryn Hobbs, Tydaisa Briggs, Kara Hobbs, Tally Hobbs and a great grand son Cardenas Garrison, her Aunt Mamie Brummel, her special friend Beverly Waters, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Besides her father, she is preceded in death by a brother James Hobbs.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. at 12 PM with Elder Cornell Johnson officiating.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
