Frances M. "Sissy" (Lewis) Munn

Frances “Sissy” Mabel Munn, 80, went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2020.

Born in Dorchester County, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late James Lewis and Mabel Paul Lewis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, Harry Steel, her brother, Frankie Lewis, as well as Myrtle, Julian, Edgar, Edith, and Marie Braswell who were her half siblings.

Frances is survived by her daughters, Harriett Fisher (John) and Billie Jo Steel, her son, Harold Phillips, Jr., three granddaughters, Megan Lambert (James), Robin Fisher (Adam) and Anna Phillips, four great-grandchildren, Ashlynn, Bryson and Kinsley Lambert and Mackenzie Bordelon, her brother, Troy Lewis, and two sisters Betty and Gloria Morgan.

The family will receive friends at The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in The Tribute Room of The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center, 1621 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Social distancing is to be observed.

Final funeral arrangements entrusted to Thomas Funeral Home in Cambridge, MD with a visitation to be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 from 11:00 am -12:00 pm and a graveside service to follow at Unity Washington Cemetery in Hurlock, MD.
