Franklin Dulany Todd, Jr., 53, of Secretary, passed away on October 26, 2019 at Johns Hopkins Hospital surrounded by his family. Frank was born in Cambridge, Maryland on July 13, 1966 to Loretta Wanda Garing Todd and Franklin Dulany Todd, Sr. He attended public schools in Dorchester County and graduated in 1984 from North Dorchester High School.
Frank was the family comedian and is remembered by his friends as an easy going, fun loving, human being with a kind word for everyone.
Frank held numerous jobs and most recent were Peninsula Lumber and Millwork of Salisbury and Win Transport of Hurlock.
Frank enjoyed boating and fishing, football, good food, music and all things with Zane. Frank married Julie Naugle and effectively co-parented their son Zane Dulany Todd.
He is survived by his son Zane Todd of Hurlock; his mother Wanda Garing Todd of Secretary; three sisters Terry Todd of East New Market, Tammy Hodges of Easton and Jenny Leap of Cambridge; brother Tim Todd and his wife Tammy Townsend Todd both of Secretary; niece Tori Leap; two nephews Nate Leap and Tyler Hodges; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceding him in death are his father Franklin Dulany Todd, Sr.; two sisters Tracy Todd and Loretta Todd; maternal grandparents Clark and Ethel Garing of Cambridge and paternal grandparents McClain Todd and Helen Todd Phillips of Cambridge.
There will be a graveside service at Greenlawn Cemetery, 2272 Hudson Road, on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Michael Deisem officiating. Arrangements in the care of Thomas Funeral Home P.A.
