Grace E. Stevens

Grace E. Stevens, 82, of East New Market passed away on Monday, August 4, 2014 at her home. She was born in Cambridge on June 7, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Joseph McCord and Rosalie Spear McCord.
She is survived by her children Edgar L. Stevens and wife Linda of Dover, PA, Donna Davidheiser and husband Daniel of Birdsboro, PA, Cathy Robbins of East New Market and James Stevens of Frackville, PA, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Tilghman "Bud" C. Stevens.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2 p.m for family and close friends at East New Market Cemetery. A reception will follow at 3 p.m at Grace United Methodist Church, 501 Race Street in Cambridge. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Coastal Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
