Gregory L. Booze

Gregory L. Booze, 66, of Cambridge passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017 at UMSMC at Dorchester. He was born in Cambridge on May 12, 1951 and was a son of the late Wilbert C. Booze, Sr. and Helen Kimmey Booze.
Greg graduated from Cambridge High School class of 1969. On May 17, 1974, he married the former Marie Foxwell. He was employed and retired from Cambridge Wire Cloth. Greg loved all sports, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Marie Booze of Cambridge, five children Dawn Lord and husband Butch of Bridgeville, DE and their children Mitchell and Steven, Nan Booze of Federalsburg, Nicki Harris and husband Brian of East New Market and their children Brett and Alexa, Robert Booze and wife Shana of Cambridge, Teresa Drake and husband Rob of Greensboro and their children Victoria and Nathan and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Greg is preceded in death by two brothers Wilbert Booze, Jr. and Yola Booze.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 11 am at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Buddy Spear officiating. Interment will follow at Dorchester Memorial Park.
