Harry W. "Wis" Bayne

Harry Wisner "Wis" Bayne passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at Dorchester General Hospital in Cambridge. He was born on November 7, 1920 in Baltimore, MD to the late H. Frank and Ellen R. Barrows Bayne.
Mr. Bayne was a graduate of Towson High School. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served in the South Pacific during World War II. He worked at Black and Decker as a lathe operator for approximately 40 years before retiring. Mr. Bayne enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing and watching the ducks and hummingbirds in his yard.
Mr. Bayne was predeceased in death by his parents and 8 siblings. He is survived by 18 nieces and nephews and a host of dear friends.
A memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home P.A. in Cambridge.
