Hazel F. Tolley, 94, of Cambridge passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Chesapeake Woods Center. She was born in Philadelphia on August 28, 1920 and was a daughter of the late Edward and Juniatta Singer Groce.
Mrs. Tolley attended and graduated from schools in Philadelphia. On August 30, 1941, she married John A. Raickle, who passed away on January 3, 1974, and later in 1979, she married Herman Tolley, who passed away on June 24, 1986. She had worked and retired from Airpax. Mrs. Tolley enjoyed going to the slots and playing bingo.
She is survived by a son Paul Raickle and wife Nancy of Cambridge, a daughter June Bonsall of Philadelphia, six grandchildren Jennifer Wheatley and husband Brian of Cambridge, Timothy Raickle of Cambridge, David Bonsall and Brian Bonsall both of Philadelphia, Paul Raickle, Jr. of Salisbury and Christopher Raickle of Cambridge, five great grandchildren, a niece Peggy Marble of New Jersey and numerous other nieces and nephews. Besides her husbands, Ms. Tolley is preceded in death by a son John Raickle, Jr., and eight brothers and sisters.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 11 a.m. at East New Market Cemetery with Pastor Pam Bockart officiating. Arrangement are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
