Howard Taylor, 69, of Federalsburg passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford. He was born in Cass, West Virginia on January 28, 1945 to the late Luther and Cora Higgins Taylor.
Mr. Taylor worked for Allen Foods in Hurlock as an Industrial Mechanic. He enjoyed playing music, fishing, hunting, working with his hands, and cutting grass. Howard was a member of the Hurlock American Legion Post #243.
He is survived by three children Duane L. Taylor and wife Melissa of Hurlock, Joseph Michael Taylor and companion Theresa Taylor of Seaford, and Edwina G. Fooks and husband Roland of Bishopville, four granddaughters, one grandson, one great granddaughter and two great grandsons, four brothers Jimmy Taylor, Johnny Taylor, Jerry Taylor, and Tommy Taylor, a sister Roselee Wheatley and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by four brothers Robert Lee Taylor, Norman Taylor, Albert Taylor, and Dale Clark Taylor.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Thomas Funeral Home, P.A., 700 Locust St. Cambridge, MD 21613.
