Jimmy N. Stupka, aka James, of Cambridge passed away on May 2nd, 2017. He was born in Rimersburg, Pennsylvania on November 14, 1933 and was a son of the late Andy Stupka and Mae Stupka (nee Aldous).
Jim graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Engineering. Mr. Stupka served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. On May 14, 1982, he married Phyllis Como. He was owner/operator of Netzer Metalcraft in Baltimore. Mr. Stupka enjoyed entertaining guests, reading, fishing, and gardening. He was a member of American Legion Dorchester Post 91 and Grand National Waterfowl.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Como and their daughter Franny Stupka and husband Will Sinnott, as well as his eldest daughter Cathy Simpson and husband George, their children Ashley Simpson Baird and husband Andrew and their children Walker and Ames, their son Patrick Simpson and wife Megan and their daughter Taylor, daughter Marty Henneberry and husband Robert and their son Robert Henneberry and wife Terry and their daughters Caitlin, Shelby and Olivia, their daughter Laura Henneberry Hise and husband Andy and their daughters Abby Lynn and Addison, daughter Tami Gunther and husband Michael and their daughters Chelsea, Chloe, Delaney and Cassidy, daughter Brenda-Sue Machala and husband Steven and their sons Steve and Adam, and daughter April Richards Raethka and husband Steven and their daughter Isla and son Milo. Jim is also survived by his two brothers, Joe Stupka, and Ed Stupka and his wife Lois.
