Jane L (Jarrett) Creighton

On April 7th, 2023 the Lord lifted our family member Jane Creighton to her new home in heaven.
A resident of Chesapeake Woods, Jane suffered from Dementia and Parkinson's Disease.  She was born on December 14, 1939 to the late William and Cora Jarrett of Washington DC. Jane had two brothers Bill and Albert Jarrett who preceded her in death...also a sister Cindy Sweet of Naples Fla, one niece and three nephews Donna, David, Charlie and Bill Jarrett.
Jane's husband Eugene passed in December of 2015.
She leaves behind two children, a daughter Bonnie Staab of NC (husband Mark) and Michael Creighton of WVa (wife Lori); four grandchildren William and Steven Buckler, DJ Jump and Brandi Smith, plus several great grandchildren.

Jane was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Minerva Chapter and the Patriot Guard Ride.
A chapel service will be held on Monday, April 17, 2023 at 11 AM at the Maryland Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock with Rev. David Wooten, Jr. officiating. Pallbearers are: William and Steven Buckler, Michael Creighton, DJ Jump and Josh Hubbard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. to help defray funeral costs.  Arrangements are in the care of Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
