John W. Webb, Jr

John W. "Skebo" Webb, Jr., 46, of Cambridge passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at his home. He was born in Cambridge on November 11, 1966 and was a son of Caroline Parks Webb and the late John W. Webb.

John graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School class of 1984. He was employed at J.L. Marshall and Sons in Cambridge until his health started to fail. John enjoyed remote control cars, horseshoes, crabbing, fishing and boating.

He is survived by his wife Teresa Webb of Cambridge, a son Robert J. Webb of Cambridge, his mother Caroline Webb of Wingate, a sister Carmel Hopkins and husband Lenny of East New Market, stepson David Foxwell, Jr. of Cambridge, a stepdaughter Crystal Cannon of Cambridge, six grandchildren, a niece Brandi Todd and a close family friend Sandy Parks of Cambridge.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Pastor Jayson Bleyer officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A., 700 Locust Street, Cambridge, MD 21613 to help defray funeral cost.
