Joyce A. Bailey

Joyce A. Bailey, 74, of Hurlock passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods. She was born in Cambridge on January 11, 1950 and was a daughter of the late Fulton and Ruth Merrick Evans. 

Mrs. Bailey graduated from Cambridge High School Class of 1969. On June 2, 1972, she married Tony L. Bailey. Mrs. Bailey worked for Dr. Feinblum at Accurate Optical. 

She is survived by her husband Tony Bailey of Hurlock, two daughters Jennifer Todd of Laurel, DE and Bridgette Jarrett of Rehoboth Beach, two grandchildren Brianna Todd and Landen Jarrett, a brother Robert Evans and wife Kris of Cambridge, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Mrs. Bailey is preceded in death by a sister Elaine Windsor. 

Services will be private. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
