Kathleen Ruth (Romaniello) Krivitski

Kathleen R. Krivitski “Kathy”, 61, of East New Market passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. She was born in Baltimore on July 8, 1957 and was the first born daughter of the late Eugene H. and Helen “Ruth” Romaniello.

Kathy graduated from Patterson High School and was a member of the class of 1975. She attended Towson Medix School and worked in several medical offices and hospitals. On January 20, 1978, she married Joseph J. Krivitski and devoted her life to being a stay at home mom in 1982. Her hobbies included rubber stamping, card making, scrapbooking, and altered arts. But what brought her the most enjoyment was being “Grammie” to her beloved granddaughter, Gracie.

She is survived by her husband Joe Krivitski of East New Market, two daughters Kelly Krivitski of Selbyville, DE and Danielle Abbott of Secretary, a granddaughter Gracie Abbott of Secretary, a sister Dr. Donna Flaggs of East New Market, her sons Benjamin and Al Flaggs and a number of other nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 3 pm at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Mark Brumley officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Thomas Funeral Home, P.A., 700 Locust Street, Cambridge, MD 21613, to help the family with funeral expenses.
