Keith J. Patterson, 52, of Cambridge formerly of Berlin passed away on Monday, October 12, 2009 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. He was born in Cambridge on June 6, 1957 and was a son of Anna Lee Jones Patterson and the late Robert H. "Pat" Patterson
.
Keith attended schools in Dorchester County. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the last year of the Vietnam War. He was an independent carpenter until his health started to fail. He enjoyed woodworking and model planes. He was a member of the Ocean City Baptist Church in Ocean City
.
He is survived by two daughters Leigh Ann Williams and her husband Dan of Berlin and Evelyn Cordner of Ocean City, a son Tyler Patterson of Ocean City, his mother Anna Lee Patterson of Cambridge, a sister Cathy Phillips and husband Terry of Cambridge, a brother Robert H. Patterson, Jr. and wife Debbie of Berlin and several nieces and nephews
.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Terry L. Davis officiating. Burial will follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery near Hurlock. Family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
