 Lee E. Boyce, 81, of Bridgeville, DE passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024 at her home. She was born in Wilmington, DE on January 19, 1943 and was a daughter of the late William Patrick Harrington and Helen Koble Kuppy.

 

Mrs. Boyce attended schools in Wilmington where she attended Conrad High School. In 1961, she married Dick Boyce. She was a housewife. Mrs. Boyce volunteered at the Robin Hood Shop in Cambridge with many service hours and at the Dorchester General Hospital Auxiliary. She enjoyed going to the slots, and traveling. Mrs. Boyce was a member of Friendship Methodist Church.  

 

She is survived by her husband Dick Boyce of Bridgeville, DE, a son William Ronald Boyce and wife Wendie whom she thought of as a daughter of Bridgeville, DE, four grandchildren William Kyle Boyce, Robert Raymond Riggleman, Randi Kristen Maxfield and Taylor Nicole Maxfield, five great grandchildren Jonah, Hannah, Robby, Lily and Phoenix, a sister Patricia Weathersbee of Rehoboth, DE, and several nieces and nephews.   

 

Pallbearers will be William Boyce, Kyle Boyce, Robby Riggleman, Scott Rench, Randi Maxfield and Taylor Maxfield.

 

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 12pm at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Shelley McCollister officiating. Interment will follow at Old Trinity Churchyard. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Friendship Methodist Church, c/o Karol Redline, 7 Shady Drive, Cambridge, MD 21613.
