Lenamae L. Lewis

Lenamae Lorraine (Fitzhugh) Lewis, 73, of Cambridge passed away at her home on Friday, April 12, 2013. She was born in Cambridge on December 29, 1939 to the late John A. and Louise E. Morgan Fitzhugh.

She attended schools in Cambridge. She worked for Caldwell Casting as an assembly line worker for 18 years. She enjoyed playing bingo, Yahtzee, going to yard sales and flea markets and loved spending time with her family.

Mrs. Lewis is survived by seven children William Judson Street, Jr. of Strinestown, PA, Robert Edward Elzey of York, PA, Clara Busta of Cambridge, Wilbur Roosevelt Lewis III of Cambridge, Clara Bryan and husband Michael of Bristol, CT, Frederick Alton Lewis of Cambridge, Brian Keith Lewis of Cambridge, fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, one sister Annabelle Hurley and a special friend Joni Rossi Moore. She is preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands William Street and Wilbur Roosevelt Lewis, Jr., one brother Frederick Fitzhugh, and one sister Thelma Elzey.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge. Family will receive friends a half hour before the service. Memorial contributions can be made to Coastal Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.
