Marvin George Richardson

Marvin G. Richardson, 82, of Easton passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 at The Pines in Easton. He was born in Cambridge on January 18, 1934 to the late Philip and Beulah Taylor Richardson.
He attended schools in Cambridge. Marvin worked as a waterman for all his life. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and working on his boat. Mr. Richardson taught himself to play the guitar and the harmonica.
Marvin is survived by his companion Nola Buck of Easton, three daughters Vicky Fuller of Seaford, DE, Carol-Jean Lake of Cambridge, Lisa Richardson of Princess Anne, a son Marvin D. "Danny" Richardson of Toddville, two grandchildren Amy Swafford of Conway, SC and Jamie Richardson of Bishops Head, a great granddaughter, one great great granddaughter, two sisters Kay Harding of Reid’s Grove and Peggy Stanfield of St. Michaels, a sister in law Brenda Richardson and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Kenneth Richardson and a sister Frances Murphy.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Dorchester Memorial Park with Pastor David Stewart officiating. Arrangements are in the care of Thomas Funeral Home, P.A.
