Mary E. (Floyd) Berry

Mary E. Berry, 93, of Federalsburg passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at Compass Regional Hospice in Denton. She was born in New York City on November 1, 1923 and was a daughter of the late Ernest and Goldie Floyd.
Mrs. Berry graduated high school in California. On June 27, 1946, she married Ira L. Berry. Mrs. Berry worked at Cambridge Hospital and at the States Attorney Office. She enjoyed knitting.
She is survived by her husband Ira L. Berry of Federalsburg, three children John Berry and wife Nancy of Baltimore, Michael Berry and wife Estelle of Federalsburg and David Berry of San Antonio, TX, three grandchildren Jason Berry, Michelle Parker and David Kron and wife Chrissy, three great grandchildren Dustin Kron, Faith Berry, and Olivia Parker. Besides her parents, Mrs. Berry is preceded in death by a daughter Sharon McVey.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
