Mary Ellen “Sue” Hollins, 84, of Odenton formerly of Cambridge passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at her home. She was born on September 21, 1930 to the late Hubert and Leona Aaron Tyler.
Mrs. Hollins married the late Charles Lee Hollins on May 5, 1954, who passed away on November 20, 2009. Mary enjoyed swimming, traveling, spending time with her family and in her prior years she and Charles enjoyed showing horses.
Sue is survived by three daughters Donna S. Conte and husband Anthony of Lothian, Jo Ann Albritton of Crofton and Lisa F. Hollins of Salisbury, three sons Paris Lee Hollins and wife Deborah of Broomes Island, Randy Hollins and wife Penni of Salisbury and David A. Brinsfield and wife Mary Jo of Salisbury, twenty grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, four siblings Faye Bender, Shirley Brannock, Bill Tyler and Bob Tyler and twenty-six nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and her husband of 55 years she is preceded in death by six siblings and a nephew Jeffrey Tyler.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Conte, Joseph Conte, Dominic Conte, Joseph A. Conte, Randy Hollins and J.T. Brinsfield.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Randall T. Blackmon officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Dorchester Memorial Park.
