Olive G. Yeatman

Olive G. Yeatman, 85, of Preston passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Memorial Hospital at Easton. She was born in Castle Haven on November 14, 1925 and was a daughter of the late John H. and Mary "Melvina" Bromwell Bell.
Mrs. Yeatman attended school in Hudson. On March 29, 1947 she married Nelson F. Yeatman. He passed away on February 15, 1990. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed being with her family and traveling.
She is survived by her children Linda Street and husband Joseph of Preston, Laura Marin and husband Alfred of Vermont, Bernard T. Yeatman and wife Gail of South Carolina, James N. Yeatman and wife Annie of Felton, DE and Larry L. Yeatman and wife Nell of Easton, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and her husband, Mrs. Yeatman is preceded in death by a son William M. Yeatman, a grandson Larry L. Yeatman, Jr., four brothers and two sisters.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Nevin Crouse officiating. Burial will follow at East New Market Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
