Patricia A. Whaples

Patricia A. Whaples, 87, of Millsboro, DE formerly of Cambridge passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024 at Cadia Rehab Renaissance in Millsboro, DE. She was born in Cambridge on November 21, 1937 and was a daughter of the late Thurman and Lillie Crosby Robbins.

She graduated from Cambridge High School class of 1955. Ms. Whaples worked at Black and Decker for 20 years. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and watching Hallmark Movies.

She is survived by two grandsons Adam Dempster of Millsboro, DE and Graham Whaples of Severn Park, several great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Ms. Whaples is preceded in death by a son Randy N. Whaples and a daughter Leslie E. Dempster, three sisters Gladys Gaines, Thelma Willey, and Doris Cannon.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024 at 1pm at Dorchester Memorial Park with Rev. Tonya McClain officiating. Arrangements are in the care of Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
