Pauline E. Robbins, 90, of Cambridge passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Chesapeake Woods Center. She was born in Cambridge on September 24, 1920 and was a daughter of the late Earl and Gladys Marshall Stoker.

She attended school in Cambridge. On August 4, 1936 she married Luke H. Robbins. He passed away on June 26, 1982. Mrs. Robbins worked and retired from the Eastern Shore State Hospital in the Dietary Department. Mrs. Robbins was also an Avon Representative for 45 years. Mrs. Robbins enjoyed putting bus trips together with Edna Frazier. She was a very active member at Beckwith United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter Barbara McNab and husband Lt. Col. Retired Richard McNab of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, her son Sonny Robbins and wife Elaine of Cambridge, 5 grandchildren Michael McNab, Kelly Williams and husband Jeff, Jackie Danner, Brian Robbins and Jason Robbins, 8 great grandchildren Kirk McNab, Lucas McNab, Nikki McNab, Loren Williams, Kylie Williams, Bree Williams, Baylea Williams and Alex Danner, four great great grandchildren Myah McNab, Madison McNab, Hayden Williams and Alora McNab, a special nephew Wayne Stayton and his wife Karen Stayton and several other nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and her husband, Mrs. Robbins is preceded in death by her brother Howard E. Stoker and her sister Mary Mildred Stayton.

Pallbearers will be Brian Robbins, Jason Robbins, Lt. Col. Retired Richard McNab, Tommy Ruark, Jimmy Ruark and Warren McWilliams.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Pam Bockart and Rev. Randall T. Blackmon officiating. Interment will follow at Dorchester Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Beckwith United Methodist Church, c/o Harold Miller, 5730 Morris Neck Road, Cambridge, MD 21613 or to the Dorchester County Humane Society, P.O.
