Peggy W. (Wessells) Taylor

Peggy W. Taylor, 85, of Hurlock passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at The Pines in Easton. She was born in Parksley, Virginia on November 8, 1930 to the late Arthur and Amanda Wessells.
Peggy graduated from Parksley High School. She became a LPN and worked for many places such as Eastern Shore Hospital Center and UMSMC at Dorchester. Mrs. Taylor enjoyed riding motorcycles and loved being a nurse.
She is survived by her son Charles W. Green, Jr. of Linkwood, step children Jenny Taylor, Phyllis Taylor, Patsy Taylor and Dickie Taylor, a granddaughter Nicole B. Green of Florida and five great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her second husband Richard I. Taylor and a daughter Claudia Taylor.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Pastor Steve Bloodsworth officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
