Rickie Lee Diehl

Rickie L. Diehl, 59, of Felton, DE passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, DE. He was born in Monroe, Michigan on August 30, 1956 and was a son of Mary Douglas Diehl and the late Jack Diehl.
He graduated from Jefferson High School class of 1974. He served in the U.S. Army. Rickie was a carpenter. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by five daughters Ricki Diehl of Felton, Patti DePrisco of Felton, Evonne Lane of Dover, Melissa Hollingsworth of Springhill, FL and Tiffany Lane of Felton, nine grandchildren, his mother Mary Diehl of San Antonio, TX, three brothers and a sister Gary Diehl, Patricia Hayes, William Diehl and Jack Diehl and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Trinity Wesleyan “Drive in” Church, South State Street, Dover, DE 19901 with his brother Pastor Jack Diehl officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge, MD.
