Robert "Bobby" H. Robinson

Robert “Bobby” H. Robinson, 90, of Cambridge passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at his daughter’s home. He was born in Cambridge on August 17, 1932 and was a son of the late Wilbur R. and Nina Robinson.

Mr. Robinson attended schools in South Dorchester. On March 1, 1957, he married the former Kaye Brannock. He was a waterman and also did some painting with Vernon Morris and Danny Mills. Mr. Robinson enjoyed boating, watching football and going out to car shows. He was a member of the Cambridge Moose.

He is survived by his wife Kaye Robinson of Cambridge, children Bobbie Kaye Robinson of Cambridge, Darlyn Mathews and husband Dick of St. Michaels, Robert H. Robinson II of Cambridge, a granddaughter Danielle Robinson of Baltimore, four great grandchildren, sister in law Norma Lee Robinson of Cambridge and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, Mr. Robinson is preceded in death by a sister Beverly Robinson, and three brothers Romie Quinn Robinson, William “Billy” Clyde Robinson and Charles Lee Robinson, a sister in law Nancy Robinson and a nephew Romie Robinson II.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Talbot Hospice Foundation, 586 Cynwood Drive, Easton, MD 21601. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
