Sally Harper Frampton

Sally Harper Frampton, 85, of Cambridge passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Mallard Bay Care Center. She was born in Cambridge on July 23, 1929 and was a daughter of the late Herbert Lee Harper and Marguerite Phillips Harper.

Mrs. Frampton graduated from Cambridge High School class of 1947 and later graduated from Easton Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in August 31, 1951. She was a register nurse and was employed at Easton Memorial Hospital and later at the Eastern Shore State Hospital in Cambridge. On November 12, 1954, she married Joseph W. Frampton, Sr., who passed away on January 12, 1997. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a son Joseph W. Frampton, Jr. and wife Kellee of Cambridge, a daughter Sally Ann Glynn and husband Joseph of Gainesville, FL, and seven grandchildren Michael Booze, Donald Niebyl, William Niebyl, Joseph Niebyl, Alyssa Frampton, Joseph Frampton III, Steven Frampton, a great granddaughter Lauren Ashley Booze and one step grandson David Billings. Besides her parents and her husband, Mrs. Frampton is prceded in death by a sister Alice May Cole, a brother Walter Lee Harper and a granddaughter Elizabeth Macey Frampton.

Mrs. Frampton has request that there will be no public services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Zion United Methodist Church Endowment Fund, 612 Locust Street, Cambridge, MD 21613. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
