S. Bruce Lewis

S. Bruce Lewis, 59, of Cambridge passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. He was born in Cambridge on August 26, 1956 and was a son of Joyce Hurley Lewis and the late Stanley Lewis.
Bruce attended school at South Dorchester High School. He was employed at the Hoopers Island Hunting Club and at the same time he had a grass cutting business. In his younger years, Bruce crabbed with his father. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting and fishing.
Besides his mother, Bruce is survived by a daughter Tanya Moore of Cambridge, three grandchildren, a brother Don Lewis and wife Peggy of Cambridge, a sister Sandi Bellusci of New Windsor, MD, a stepson Scott Barnes of Virginia Beach, VA and several nieces and nephews. Besides his father, Bruce is preceded in death by a brother Stephen Mark Lewis.
Pallbearers will be John Elizondo, Joe Hayden, Joey Hayden, Joel Hayden, Scott Poland and Donnie Willey.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, PA in Cambridge with Rev. Joe Kelly officiating. Interment will follow at Dorchester Memorial Park. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
