Shirley Ann (Hubbard) Hastings
June 7, 1931 — February 24, 2017
Shirley A. Hastings, 85, of Cambridge passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Talbot Hospice. She was born in Cambridge on June 7, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Russell Glenn Hubbard and Mildred Parks Hubbard.
She attended schools in Dorchester County. Ms. Hastings was a home maker and at one time she had her auctioneer license. She enjoyed collecting antiques, traveling, especially to Ocean City and spending time with her family.
She is survived by a daughter Donna Tarbutton and husband Stanley of Wittman, three grandchildren Jessica Paglia and husband Matthew, Sheila Hastings and Rusty Hastings, and four great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Ms. Hastings is preceded in death by two sons Burton R. Hastings and Herbert G. Hastings.
A private graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Dorchester Memorial Park.
