Stanley W. "Bunny" Simmons

Stanley W. “Bunny” Simmons, 86, of Cambridge passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Mallard Bay Care Center. He was born in Miami, FL on April 17, 1938 and was a son of the late Hilbert and Bernice “Bea” Adams Simmons.

He graduated from South Dorchester High School class of 1956. Mr. Simmons served in the Army National Guard. He was a mail carrier for 45 years.

He is survived by a niece Terri Mills and husband Gary, and several great nieces and nephews Jonathon Mills and wife Kayleigh, Kaitlyn Teat and husband Ryan, Scott Cheesman and wife Regina and Katie Dendorfer and husband Paul, Robbie Bennett and wife Jackie. Besides his parents, Mr. Simmons is preceded in death by a sister Donna Cheesman and a nephew Michael Cheesman.

Per his request there will be no services. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
