Stephen B. Dail

Stephen B. Dail, 62, of Bear, DE passed away on Tuesday, March4, 2025 at Laurelwood Nursing Home in Elkton, MD. He was born in Grimesby Lincolnshire, England on February 1, 1963 and was a son of Shirley Bonsor Dail and the late Samuel James Dail, Jr.

Mr. Dail graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School class of 1981. He worked at Wire Cloth as a welder. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, hunting, and NASCAR. Mr. Dail was a past member of Linkwood Salem Fire Company and the American Legion. 

He is survived by his mother Shirley Dail of Bear, DE, a sister Sharon Bull and husband Curtis of Bear, DE, and several nieces and nephews. Besides his father, Stephen is preceded in death by a nephew Daniel Bull.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 11am at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge. Family will receive friends 10:30am to 11am prior to the service.
