Tillie J. Arnie

Tillie J. Arnie, 89, of Cambridge passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at her home with her caregivers by her side. She was born in Cambridge on June 19, 1925 and was a daughter of the late Frank F. and Katie Tjaden Arnie.
Ms. Arnie attended schools in Cambridge. In her earlier years, she had worked in a sewing factory and later at Coldwater Seafood. Ms. Arnie enjoyed gardening.
Besides her parents, Ms. Arnie is preceded in death by a son Edward Arnie, a sister Elizabeth Johnson, four brothers Franklin Darcy Arnie, Matthew Vernon Arnie, John Frederick Arnie and Robert Eugene Arnie, two sisters in law Emma Arnie and Rosalee Arnie.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Dorchester Memorial Park. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
