William Irving Gore

William Irving Gore, 72, of Hurlock passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at The Pines in Easton. He was born in Cambridge on July 17, 1949 and was a son of the late William Webster Gore and Anna Jean Hastings Gore.

Irving attended schools in Cambridge. He resided with his grandmother Beulah Gore until 1990, with the late Bill and Margaret Moosegian and since 2010 with Linda and Charles Coffman. Irving worked with Delmarva Community Services and he attended First Baptist Church in Cambridge.

He is survived by two sisters Bonnie Gore of Cambridge, and Linda Coffman and husband Charles of Hurlock, a special friend Sharlene Ruark and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Irving is preceded in death by two sisters Jo Ann Delano and Diana Loftus.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 1 pm at Dorchester Memorial Park with Mr. John Moore officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Delmarva Community Services, 2450 Cambridge Beltway, Cambridge, MD 21613 or to Talbot Hospice, 586 Cynwood Drive, Easton, MD 21601. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
