William James Reinisch, Jr.

William J. Reinisch, Jr., 78, of Cambridge passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at his home. He was born in Baltimore on March 18, 1937, and was a son of the late William J. Reinisch, Sr. and Catherine Freda Reinisch.

Mr. Reinisch graduated from University of Maryland University College with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1959. On June 6, 1992, he married the former Joan Mary Gale Rindone. Mr. Reinisch was employed with the U.S. Government from 1959 to 1992. He was a member of Zion United Methodist Church and AARP #1278.

He is survived by his wife Joan Mary Gale Reinisch of Cambridge, two sons (step) Steven Neuberger (Paula) and James Neuberger (Debbie), nine grandchildren Paul (Melinda), Julie Ann (Matt), Derek, Evie, Josiah (Jo Beth), Daniel (Lauren), Kirsten, Sheldon and Jolene, eight great grandchildren Luca, Camille, Allayna, Isaac, Eli, James, Malachi and Levi, a sister Catherine Pritko (Mike) and their two children Lisa and Alan. Besides his parents, Mr. Reinisch is preceded in death by two brothers Charles and Edward Reinisch and a sister Nancy Reinisch.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 2p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, PA in Cambridge with Rev. William Davis officiating. Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Interment will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 1p.m. at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075.
