William "Bill" J. Brown, Jr.

William “Bill” J. Brown, Jr., 70, of Felton, DE passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Bay Health Hospital in Milford, DE. He was August 8, 1951 and was a son of the late Elzie D. and Ruby Shores Osborne.

Bill graduated from school in New Jersey. He served in the U.S. Air Force. Bill worked for Paul Brake Inc. and at the time of his passing he was working for Acts at Heron Point.

He is survived by a sister Donna Brake of Felton, DE formerly of Cambridge, a niece Jenny Brake and husband Leland and their children McKenna and Camden of Delmar, MD and Bobby Brake and wife Olivia and their children Carson and Kinsley of Hurlock. Besides his parents, Mr. Brown is preceded in death by a sister Debbie Voshell and a brother Richard Osborne.

Per Bill’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
