Sandi Saunders, 61, passed away on December 16, 2016 at Hospice of the Valley in Chandler, Arizona. She was born on September 21, 1955 in Cambridge, Maryland to the late Lindy and Jeannette Robbins.
Sandi graduated from Cambridge High School in 1973. She will be remembered for her easy laugh and her ability to make everyone feel like family. She was an amazing softball player as well as a championship bowler in her younger years. She was employed at Dunlap & McGee Property Management where everyone thought of one another as family and she was known as the “Mother Hen” of the group. She will be missed by everyone there.
Sandi is survived by her son George (Carina) and daughter Sunshine (Austin) White, and her grandchildren Yasmeen, George, Nadia and Tres, all of whom she loved without reserve and with her whole heart and soul. She is also survived by her sisters Linda Dyer and Julia Bennett, nieces Roxanne Burnett, Kate Oliver, Jean Hunt, Marianne Rodriguez, and nephew Adam Bennett. She is preceded in death by her mother Jeannette Robbins, her father Lindy Robbins and her nephew Chad Travers.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Chandler, AZ.
